event: Expanding our understanding of racism and anti-racist politics

Our very own Dr Camila Bassi will soon be taking part in a Royal Geographical Society online lecture exploring racism and anti-racist politics.

The event brings together the authors of three books that endeavour to expand our understanding of what racism is.

Dr Camila Bassi will be exploring with Professor Alastair Bonnett and Observer columnist Kenan Malik how their works intersect and move us forward in the geographical imagination of an anti-racist future.

The event is online on May 14th at 1pm- it is open to the general public and free to join.
